Europe Through the Eyes of Youth

The  "Generatsia-Plus" Lviv City Youth Public Organization, the Lviv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine,in collaboration with the Department of Internal Policies and the Department of Youth and Family Matters of Lviv Regional State Administration, the Council of Young Scholars of the Institute of Humanitarian and Social Sciences of the "Lviv Polytechnic" National University, as well as the Center for Urban History of East Central Europe conducted a round table discussion to summarize the results of the students’ essay contest "Europe Through the Eyes of Youth."

The purpose of the project is to popularize European values and to provide an opportunity for students of the Lviv region to expressin their essays their vision of future cooperation between the Ukrainian society and Europe.

The contest took place in several stages:

1. Announcing the contest and collecting essays in educational establishments of Lviv;
2. Flash mob leaflets "Europe Through the Eyes of Youth"
3. Round-table meeting with the winners

The winners of the contest – students of highere ducational establishments of Lviv, as well as public organizations working in this sphere, public activists and state officials took part in the round table discussion.
