The monument to hero of the Polish 1794 rebellion and Tadeusz Kosciuszko’s colonel, Warsaw tailor Jan Kilinski was erected on June 18, 1895 in the lower part of Stryiskyi Park. The monument was designed by the local sculptor Julian Markowski.
